Rose City Dog Training offers service animal training in Portland, OR. Trust Rose City Dog Training and our staff of highly-qualified trainers to evaluate your dog for candidacy and provide public access and task-specific training for you and your dog.

What makes a service dog different?

Service dogs are specifically trained to provide assistance to their handlers in nearly every situation and setting. These companions are unflappable in temperament and behavior, remaining focused on their owner’s needs and commands. They’re also granted access permissions to public and private spaces that restrict pets.

Service dogs can support their handlers both mentally and physically. Learn more about our available programs to see which would be a good fit for you and your four-legged friend.

This program is offered exclusively through private, in-home training to ensure hands-on training in your dog’s everyday environment.

Financial Assistance May Be Available

Eligible veterans, service members, and military families may qualify for financial assistance through Semper Fi & America’s Fund to help with the cost of service dog training and care.

Funding is based on eligibility and is not guaranteed.
